The SANCCUS range of industrial cleaning chemicals have been designed to target the most common problems encountered by fabric maintenance service contractors during scheduled and unscheduled work scopes for topsides process and associated equipment.

Changes in pressures, flowrates, grades of steel or even temperatures all cause issues of solids drop out in topsides equipment such as heat exchangers, separators, strainers etc that can reduce or even stop production. Whilst some can at first seem similar to problems encountered elsewhere in the production process the way they are often combined with another problem can make them difficult to understand and treat.

From combined Rust, Scale and Wax treatments to carbonised glycols, lube oils, and sludged up fuel storage systems fabric maintenance can involve multiple problems from multiple sources. Chemical cleaning often involves multiple products for complex applications but can also involve combination products where resources such as deck space, water or even disposal considerations are limited.
